Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If you aren't, you can ask for a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item. This is in addition to your legal rights, which this policy does not affect.

How to start a return or refund

Email us at info@calmcruiser.com with your order number and the reason. If something is wrong with the item, please include photos. We aim to reply within 2 working days. Please contact us before sending anything back. Items sent back without our agreement may not be refunded, and we cannot be responsible for them.

If you've changed your mind

You can return an unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. We will give you a UK return address once your request is approved. Return postage is paid by you, so please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. We may reduce your refund if the item has been used beyond what's needed to check it, or if it comes back damaged or incomplete.

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described

Please contact us as soon as you notice, with photos. We will arrange a refund or a replacement at no cost to you. In many cases we will not need you to send the item back. If we do, we will cover the postage. Your legal rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected by this policy.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and we have received the item (or proof that you have sent it back), we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. For items that don't need to be returned, we will refund you within 14 days of agreeing to the refund. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show the refund.
We refund the price of the item, and the standard delivery cost if you cancel the whole order.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.

Items that cannot be returned

We cannot take back items that were made to your specification, or that were damaged by you after delivery.
