1. Who we are

This website is operated by Oscar Njumbe, trading as CalmCruiser, 19 Burwell Close, Reading RG6 4BB, United Kingdom. Email: info@calmcruiser.com. The store is hosted by Shopify.

2. Our products

We try to describe and show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen.

3. Orders and contract

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation email, and the contract is formed then. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there is an error in the price. If we decline, we will refund anything you have paid.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. The price is the one shown when you order. Payment is taken when you place your order.

6. Returns, refunds and your legal rights

See our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights, including your right to cancel within 14 days of delivery and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.

We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. We are not responsible for business losses.

All content on this website, including text, images and the CalmCruiser name, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

This store is powered by Shopify. Your purchase is a contract with us, not with Shopify.
