Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Processing and delivery times

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. Delivery usually takes 5-10 working days from the date you order. These are estimates, not guarantees. Your order will arrive within 30 days unless we agree otherwise with you.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on all UK orders.

Tracking

We will email you a tracking link when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take a day or so to update.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, please email info@calmcruiser.com with your order number, and photos if it is damaged. We will work with the supplier and the carrier to resolve it. Where we cannot, we will refund or replace your order.

Changing or cancelling an order

Email us as soon as possible. We can usually change or cancel an order before it is dispatched, but not once it is in transit. If you have changed your mind after delivery, see our Returns and Refunds policy.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. Email us as soon as possible if you need to change it. We can only change it before the order is dispatched.
